On September 04, 2011 at 2 in the morning the clocks are changed back from Daylight Savings Time to Winter Time in Namibia. The clock jumps forward from 2 to 3 am. This means the people in Namibia have to cope with one hour less of sleep. As another consequence it is going to be darker in the morning again.
